SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION

WHAT IS SAHAJA YOGA MEDITATION

Sahaja Yoga Bahrain
Sahaja Yoga means ‘born with you’. Everyone has this energy which can now be awakened spontaneously. With our attention in the flow of cool vibrations above our head, we go into pure thoughtless meditation. Then, with simple short daily practice, we quickly experience the peace, joy and other amazing benefits that this meditation brings. No need to believe, we simply feel the truth as it manifests on our central nervous system. Founded by Shri Mataji in 1970, Sahaja Yoga is based on principles of spirituality, humility and love that are over 2000 years old.                                                              .

The word 'Sahaja' in Sanskrit has two components: saha meaning 'with' and ja meaning 'born'.]A Dictionary of Buddhism gives the literal translation of Sahaja as "innate" and defines it as "denoting the natural presence of enlightenment (bodhi) or purity." and Yoga means union or yoking and refers to a spiritual path or a state of spiritual absorption. According to a book published by the movement, Sahaja Yoga means spontaneous and born with youmeaning that the kundalini is born within us and can be awakened spontaneously, without effort.

“Sahaja” in Sanskrit means spontaneous and also born with,” Yoga” means union with God. The potential to the spiritual awakening and ascent is inborn in every human being. This potential is possible to be actualized through a unique living process of Sahaja Yoga. This unique discovery has been done by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (in 1970).The process of Sahaja Yoga is spontaneous and natural. It is a technique to awaken the Kundalini Shakti which lies in the sleeping state at the base of the spine (sacrum bone) of each human being. The process of awakening this Kundalini (Self Realisation) is a spontaneous and joy giving process, quite contrary to the widespread misinformation about it.

Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self Realization (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being.
Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced.
One can actually feel the all pervading divine power as a cool breeze, as described in all religions and spiritual traditions of the world.
This is the actualization of such transformation, which is taking place now, worldwide, and has been proved and experienced by hundreds of thousands in over 100 countries.
It is entirely free of charge, as one cannot pay for the experience of Divine Love.
